Privacy Policy

For organiser accounts, billing and this website, Raw Strix decides how your data is used. For players on an event site, the organiser running that event decides what to collect and why, and Raw Strix processes that data on their behalf to run the event.

Account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed), organisation and team names.

Billing details: billing name and address, GSTIN if you give one, and payment records. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Event activity: challenge solves, submissions, scores, hints used, chat messages and the files you upload.

Security and anti-cheat logs: IP address, approximate location derived from the IP, browser and device information, and login times. Organisers on plans with anti-cheat tools can see these logs for their own event.

Messages you send us, such as support requests and security reports.

To create and run your account and events, show scoreboards, and provide support.

To bill you, issue GST invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations.

To keep the platform secure, detect cheating and abuse, and investigate incidents.

To tell you about changes to the Services, your plan or these policies. We will only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Event sites and the panel use essential cookies to keep you logged in and protect your session. If we ever add optional analytics we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: the organiser of an event you join; service providers who help us run the Services, such as hosting, email and payment providers, under contracts that protect your data; and authorities when the law requires it.

Public scoreboards show the name or handle and team you choose, and your score.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to it is limited to people who need it. We keep account data while your account is open, event data for 90 days after a plan ends so you can export it, and billing records for as long as tax law requires (usually 8 years). Security logs are kept for up to 180 days unless needed for an investigation.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Players should contact the event organiser first; we will help them respond. We will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Raw Strix is built for colleges, companies and communities. Organisers running events for players under 18 must get verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before collecting their data.

We will update this page when our practices change and tell account holders about significant changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
