Refund Policy

If you buy a Jeopardy plan for the first time and change your mind, ask for a refund within 7 days of payment. You get a full refund as long as your event has not started yet (no players have competed on it).

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from the panel. It stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and will not renew. Apart from the 7-day refund above, we do not refund part-used months.

You can cancel a yearly plan at any time and it stays active until the end of the paid year. After the first 7 days, yearly plans are not refundable, because the yearly price already includes a discount of two months.

If you are charged twice or charged after cancelling, we refund the extra charge in full.

If your event site is unavailable for a significant part of a scheduled event because of a fault on our side, tell us within 7 days of the event and we will refund or credit a fair share of that billing period.

Upgrading takes effect straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrading takes effect from the next billing period; we do not refund the difference for the current one.

Cyber ranges and other custom work follow the payment and cancellation terms in their written quote.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval; your bank may take a little longer to show it. We issue a GST credit note for every refund.
