Terms and Conditions

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by admins you add to your event.

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent, guardian or your institution, to buy a plan. Players on an event site must follow the rules set by that event's organiser as well as these terms.

Jeopardy plans are billed in Indian rupees, monthly or yearly, in advance. Prices are shown on our website and exclude GST, which is added to your invoice. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.

Cyber ranges are priced in a written quote. The quote's scope, timeline and payment terms apply to that work.

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you at least 15 days before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

If a payment fails we may suspend your event site after notifying you. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Use the Services only for lawful, educational and authorised security training. You must not use them to attack systems you do not own or have permission to test, to host malware for use outside a challenge, or to store or share illegal content.

Do not attack the Raw Strix platform, other events or other users, or try to get around plan limits, anti-cheat tools or access controls. Security research is welcome under the rules on our Hall of Fame page.

Organisers are responsible for the challenges, files and content they upload, and for making sure they have the right to use them.

You keep ownership of the challenges, files, branding and other content you upload. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only as needed to run your event and the Services.

You can export your challenges and results while your plan is active. After a plan ends we may delete event data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work hard to keep the Services available and secure, and we publish live status at status.rawstrix.com. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to avoid doing so during your scheduled events.

The Raw Strix name, logo, platform and website remain ours. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Services.

You can cancel your plan at any time from the panel; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the platform at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

The Services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account holders by email or in the panel before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office, after we have both tried in good faith to resolve it informally.
